The End of the Week is in Sight

So I know it's only Wednesday but it is one of those weeks where it feels like Friday is just around the corner.  Got my cognitive psychology out of the way, and the research study is starting to wind down.  Next week promises to short but trying.  Physics exam on Monday and research data due Monday.  Sunday could prove to be a long day.  But on the bright side, the video for the Holiday show has been approved and is almost completed.  That is the only project slated for the night.  After that it is movie night with my girl.  Sometimes life is good and perfect!

The Wonders of Adobe

Some may say that I have important things to be doing this week: research study to conduct, papers to write, tests to study for, articles to read, and places to go.  I say that can wait until tomorrow.  Today I discovered the blissful amazingness of the wonderful world of Adobe products (Holy adjectives batman!)  Between After Effects and Premier Pro, I have finally finished the Snowy Owl video that I promised I would have done for Saturday.  I have realized the important things in my life, so I made sure that I finished that project before any college work commenced.  Now it is on to less intriguing tasks.  First up, cognitive psychology exam.

The Day Has Arrived

Today marks the start of my very first human research study, and hopefully it will be the last.  Working with human participants entails an enormous amount of preparation time and probably will not be worth it in the end.  Thankfully, I am in the planning stages of my senior research thesis which is going to study birds instead of humans.  Senior thesis should prove to have less paperwork beforehand and will probably be a lot more fun and enjoyable.  Who wouldn't want to have an excuse to go spend more time at the National Aviary?
